Your skin is the largest organ of your body. Moisture in those skin cells is the single most important thing to keep them full, fresh and youthful. The skin is also the organ through which you remove a great amount of cellular waste via your perspiration. In reality, your entire body is mostly water, and it is the water circulating through your body that allows your liver and kidneys to eliminate cellular toxins. By drinking plenty of water, as close to a gallon a day as you can, you can ensure good elimination of the cellular toxins of your body and greatly improve your appearance and your health. A word of caution here, don’t drink tap or distilled water, drink spring water with all of its minerals, but which is lacking chlorine and fluorine (both are dangerous health destroying free radicals). Keep a CLEAR plastic bottle of this water with you at all times and drink a half a glass of it every hour. The first three days you will think this is going to be impossible because you will have to live in the bathroom. However, by the fourth day your body will have adjusted to your water intake and your trips to the bathroom will be no more than before you started drinking this much water.
